For those of you out there who are thinking about getting a personal trainer, I would recommend Kathryn Lillyston.

I have been attending B Active twice a week for about 6 years and have found Kathryn to be most professional, well organised and very supportive. Every session she provides a well-planned programme that addresses the whole body. I am fitter now and have more strength than I have ever had and I attribute that to my fitness regime with Kathryn.
